Dear Readers,

During a three-day period, which ended 10 days ago, Dr. Tam gave me six treatment sessions for allergies and for pains in the neck, shoulders, and legs, and I continue taking pills and exercising. I have seen great results.

Before that I had gone to several doctors, including a dermatologist and chiropractor they have nice and clean offices, but had negative results. My sister and niece’s husband recommended Dr. Tam and made an appointment for me to see him. I am very grateful to both of them.

On my first visit, I initially had a bad impression about the place, because it was not as clean and neat as I would expect for a doctor’s office. The rest room should have been cleaner and provided with paper towels. The pillows in the treatment rooms should have had been provided with individual paper coverings, so each patient could feel cleaner during treatment. But now I laugh at myself, because I had positive results, and, best of all, had the opportunity to meet people like Dr. Tam and Ha. They are incredible people, with a good heart, and are clean and beautiful on the inside, where it is most important. I also was highly impressed with the very low cost, even though Dr. Tam has many degrees and honors.

I have seen a bad and a lot of good comments. I really appreciate all of them, because they are lessons that will help us improve, both physically and mentally. And I hope that we do that through loving, construction, and fairness.

I understand that when good parents see their children suffer, they may become frustrated and try to do anything to help them. However, the doctor must consider the welfare of all patients and must be able to concentrate on their needs. Noise and distraction may create negative energy and bring bad results. Sometimes it can be hard for the doctor to give proper attention to some patients without hurting other people’s feelings. Therefore we have to contemplate and understand each person’s point of view.

I hope Dr. Tam and Ha continue their practice to benefit sentient beings. I wish everyone fill with love, joy, happiness and especially that the parents who haven’t yet found good results for their children will find them soon, and so give each other a chance to smile again. ....Ha, I miss your singing :-)

Tony I’m so sorry to hear that your child cannot be cured by MASTER TAM. All the problems that you told us, me myself and other thousands of parents are going through those problems everyday too, just want to let you know you’re not the only one. But every day we are praying and believing in God, some day we will be blessed. Our prayers came true by the touch of DOCTOR,MASTER TAM. When I see my child eat well and sleep well and her skin feel like a baby skin. I’m always thinking and thanking MASTER TAM every single day.

The only thing I see in you Tony is so many evils around you and they lead you to do wrong chore, like hurting other people feelling.
Therefore we all will pray for you and your family. and hope one day you and your chid are coming to see DOCTOR TAM.
He will help your child again, but you have to believe in him and beg for his forgiveness, he will forgive you.
If you believe in him say it out loud and clear that DOCTOR TAM is a MASTER and " it’s true, nothing but the truth".

Tony Huynh, I am not necessary a fan of you but I see that everyone in this Blog strikes you hard - one bad comment from you, many good comments from others. You’re helping Mr. Tam without knowing it, I feel sorry for you. I’ve been waiting for you to say something smart but all I see is a bunch of blahs. You know what your problem is? You tend to shoot your mouth off too fast. If you take the time to look around you, learn the facts and construct a logical argument without looking dumb, I think you would have a better chance. Also, when someone strikes a chord with you, you tend to take it a little more personally than you should. Just a couple of thoughts. Good luck, dude.

You got that right. The middle room where everyone sit and wait. It does not have anything like you said. Nothing at all. Thanks for the link to the heath. You should watch it yourself a thousand time. And I encourge everyone to see it and ask yourself a question? Is Mr. Tam do something like that? If not that and what? He is using the stimulate machine (I said this before did I), which I can stopby at any massage place to have it. Is he use the glove to cover his hand? NO - Is the white tower when you put your face down change for every new patient - NO . More thing to think about more thing to ask. Since I didn’t allow my family member drink the medicine and no more trip to NC. I have nothing else to worry. Though, I tried to help others to see what I see.

I’ve been reading all the comments that have been showing up about Dr. Tam; I believe that everyone has their right to their own opinion and also the right to voice their own ideas. But we need to also respect each others feelings, meaning we should be careful with how we word our feelings. Life is to short to show hatred and to be harsh to one another; Life is to short to take for granted the ones we love; Life is to short to focus on little petty things; One can be rich and have all the money in the world but the most important thing which money can never buy is your health; I believe that everyone will agree with me in that manner; we all are humans with feelings; we all know the meaning of suffering; look around you and ask yourself will we live forever or will we have to die?? Everyone and everything will one day have to dieand come to an end; No one has all the answers to when or why certain people suffer more then others; I have no hostility towards anyone on this site but ask you all to please respect one another for the sake of others;. I myself have experienced a visit to Dr. Tam and have done my research not only in readings but also by what I hear; and what I have seen; I myself have been fortunate enough to have been blessed by Dr. Tam; you have helped me physically and also mentally. Physically in the matter that you have helped me with my allergies and also with the health of my two children. There is nothing more gratifying then seeing your young child healthy and happy; for your children is your pride and joy. They are our future. You have heped me mentally in the way you handle yourself with your patience, the love and care that you put into your work and dedication you put forth in curing those of us who are in need. It is true that only time will tell and only in time will we find out if we are all cured. Who knows how long this luck will last; but to be able to be free from pain and suffering even for one moment it is worth seeing those we love be able to be happy; a smile on their face means millions; Dr. Tam I hope you keep on doing what your doing for you are a very special person; an angel to many; you have touched so many lives and have shown many how to actually be free from pain; you have given hope to many of us; and for that no one can say thank-you enough; and no one can take away what all you have done. Keep up the good work; for there are still many of us out there that are still in pain and still in need of your help. Life is to short to give up; life is too short to be negative towards others; Know that you have helped not only my family but so many others; and have put smiles on young faces that never knew how to smile; No one can take your pride away and what you have accompished and done for others; I wish you all the best for the coming future and to be able to be free from pain and suffering. I hope you are a professional yourself. You should go in here and take a look at how a professional should have and should do. I can’t seen to find the below at this place. You can check it out for yourself.
Have you look around the room to see Mr. Tam have any license as a pharmacist? Acupuncture? Insurance? ...the list of question goes on. If he/she does. Don’t you think he would be practice these things at home? If all his medicine are so good. He could have make a lots of money already cause hundreds and thousand kids have allergy to food these day.
I think Mr. Tam may keep his Master Vovinam as his title but he should not take the "Dr." title.

I am really confused why you used the word "scam" in your previous comments? In my opinion, the word you used was not appropriate and unprofessional. The words you used to express your opinions were a little too harsh. Especially, Master Tam is a professional and very kind human being so I don’t think he would expect to be treat like that.

Also I have been at the Master Tam’s place and did not see any sign to show that he was trying to ""scam" anyone, all he did is try his best to help the people getting better with a little money of $20 - $60/per person (including the medicine) just like in your previous comment $100 to $160/per person.

I think you owe Master Tam an apology and I would suggest you must be more realistic and give the true info so that it will not hurt his reputation.

When I first read Mr. Doan Nguyen’s and Tony Huynh’s posts a couple days ago, I thought this was outrageous and did not deserve an answer.   As a Web Administrator, I immediately removed these posts without consulting Master Tam.  The next morning, they were posted again and I also removed them because this Blog was intended for patients’ questions relating to their illnesses.   When they were posted for the third time, I consulted Master Tam and he said: "It’s all right; you have to allow these posts because people need to voice their opinions.   I already saw them in my email." (The system automatically emails the blog’s owner when there is a new post.)

I know Master Tam enough to say that the things Mr. Doan Nguyen and Tony Huynh wrote were not true.  Master Tam does not advertise, he does not convince anyone to come to him, he does not promise or say that he can cure anyone, instead he devotes his life in trying to cure and help others in whichever ways that he can, so if this seems like a "scam", on my behalf, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Doan Nguyen and Mr. Tony Huynh for voicing their opinions.  I am sorry to hear that Mr. Doan Nguyen and Tony Huynh were not satisfied with their visit.  However, please understand Master Tam is only one human being trying to help thousands of others and of course errors cannot be avoided.

In the beginning, "Master Tam" was just that, "Master Tam".  He opened his home and used it as a Vovinam Training center for American and Vietnamese children.  He provided these services free of charge.  Acupuncture was something that he did only to help family and close friends who were sick or in pain.  Acupuncture and Vovinam are ways of Master Tam’s life.  His love for both Arts began as he was growing up in Vietnam, where he studied and practiced both Arts.  His practice in Vietnam also helped thousands of people. 

His home here in the U.S., I repeat was only intended for family and close friends, but as word of mouth spread from one friend to another, he and his wife found themselves overwhelmed.  He struggled to keep his home open to everyone and has thought about discontinuing his service many times.  Each time he made the announcement, his answer machine would be filled with messages of people crying and begging for his help. Each person with a unique situation, they asked him not to take away their last and only hope... and for that, he kept on going. "Dr. Tam" is an endearing title that was given to him by his friends and the countless people that he helped, whom he did not accepted any money from.  Dr. Tam and his wife have also received many honors and recognition from the state of North Carolina, which encouraged them to continue their service to the community.  

Today, as the number of people grows, he asks for a small fee that he donates to charity and orphanage in Vietnam.  Many people from all over come to him because they see positive results with those who had treatments from him.   Many bring their loved ones to him as they struggle to find a cure else where.   Please ask yourself this question: Why do many people come to him regardless of the travel distance?   People don’t just go through a great deal of trouble to come to him if they don’t see or hear with their own eyes and ears.   The truth of the matter is, word of mouth travels very quickly, both positive and negative. 

It was a pleasure building and donating this Website to Master Tam so that people who really need help can find hope.   Thank you all for your comment, please keep them coming.  I am sure Master Tam will take every word into consideration.   And as always, Master Tam welcomes those who need his help the most.

To Thu Trang, Tu Nguyen, Van Nowak, Kenny Tran and Annie Pham and others – I’m glad to see everyone speak up and write out your comments. There is nothing to sad about these comments. This is my true story. You also have your own. The reason I post my comments is for others to do the same research. I been there and done that just like you. Off course at first I don’t really know anything about Mr. Tam. However, after the trip to NC and all of my research I do know part of the operation.
I’m sharing my story, my though and my research so others can avoid the same mistake.
I’m just another human like you. My family member is sick just like yours.
If your son and daughter can not run around like others because he/she got asthma. Mine does too.
If your son and daughter cannot sleep at night and keep scratching their body until their blood come out and still doesn’t feel a thing. Or every time they accidentally touching a bit of food contain peanut or egg or other food that they allergic to. We have to plug the PEN into his/her thigh that saves enough time for you to make a 911 call and rush to hospital. Mine does too.
It is a 21th century. Information is publicity where everyone can access to learn. Don’t you glad you live in a country that allow you do so.
Sometime you have to think like: “One person’s meat can be another’s poison”. I’m glad to read all of your stories. All I was hoping that someone like Doan Nguyen or An Dang spoke out their story and experience so that the “Patient To Be” doesn’t feel bad when he come back with his own thought or believe. I’m glad he/she able to ask these question. I was once asking and my question was not answer and it was off the web. And last but not least “Time will answer all true, nothing but true”

Dear Dr. Tam,

Thank you very much for your miracle touch in healing my daughter, Emily Tran. She is 9 years old and had very severe food allergies (beef, shellfish, dairy products & nuts), asthma, and ecszyma conditions since she was born. We have taken her to hundred of doctors and clinics in the Northeast area, some of which are very well known specialists in their field of allergy and dermatology. We have spent hundred of thousands of dollars in trying to cure Emily of her conditions. All we got from these high priced doctors ($400 to $1000 per visit) were "she’ll maybe grow out of it" and "take these medications and creams to eliviate her suffering" and "total cure, unlikely"!!!!! We have also tried "thuoc bac" and other holistic healings but only found disappointment and Emily’s continued sufferrings.

After we heard from our friend Kenny Tran that you had cured his son from his peanut allergy, we decided that my wife, Ngoc, should take Emily to see you to see if you can help her also. We were skeptical at first but after what we’ve been through, we would try any thing. One week after the three treaments with you and taking your medications, Emily said she can feel the miracle healing was happening to her. Since then, her asthma has totally gone and Emily does not need her breathing medication any more. Hi,

I’m glad I found this blog before driving to your office. I have some questions and it would be great if you could post your reply publicly.

1. Are you both a Medical Doctor and a Pharmacist as indicated on your website?

2. Do you have an active medical license? I could not find your name in North Carolina Medical Board as an active medical doctor.

3. North Carolina Acupuncture Licensing Board does not have your information either.

4. Your disclaimer at the bottom of the webpage technically says you will not be responsible for the medication or herb you prescribe to your patients. Is your premises insured and bonded?

The fact that you operate your business in residential area shows you don’t have proper permit at all. But I won’t get to that since I have seen many healers doing business out of their basement.

Last month my father, mother, and I came drove down from Virginia. I was very skeptical about accupuncture, but I knew that I should at least give it a try. I was amazed after the first session with Dr. Tam I felt so much better. I have severe allergies and back pain. Just arriving at the office my nose was runny, stuffy, and my eyes were red and puffy from my allergies, but as soon as the first session was done I felt 100% better. I used to carry tissue paper everywhere I go. Now I can sleep through the night without having to wake up because of my allerigies. I also have back pains especially in the cold, just walking through the frozen section at the market makes my back hurt. Just with two session with Dr. Tam my pains have decreased 80%. You are a miracle worker Dr. Tam. You have helped me and many of my family members. Please continue with your practice. I have refered many of my friends and family to you and your gift of accupunction will help them. I believe that God has given you a gift to help people. After reading the comments from a patient of yours; it was very disturbing but also very sad; this world is full of different people and different outlooks on life and people believe in different beliefs. I just wanted to write in comment on my behalf and my family; I was at first hesitant to come visit Master Tam with my children and family; for I have never really looked into acupuncture; but heard many things from others who nad come to visit you; My son has a skin problem and myself and husband has always had bad allergies; We all pcked our bags and drove to Charlotte; it was a 6 1/2 hour drive since we live in VA; it was a very different expericence but all turned out very successfull and there fore we have returned many times; and also have introduced many others to come visit you. I would like to thank-you very much for helping my family and friends for they now live happy lives and more content with their problems. You have helped many people in this life time and you should not dwell on others negative remarks. You need to feel proud of what you have accomplished and not dwell on those that you could not help. You are a wonderful human being and always remember the gift that you have. You cannot always cure everyone that walks through your door; for you are not god; But you have helped more then you have not; so in the long run you are very successfull and a blessing to many. I have come to realized in life that you cannot always make everyone happy; but to live life in a peaceful and respectable manner for life is to short to dwell on negative thoughts and behavior. In your heart and others like me; believe in your teachings and believe in your practice; so please do not dwell on those who think negatively about you and you rpractice; for it will bother you and also reflect on your practice. You need to be strong and to let go of the sadness of what others may say that may hurt you; for please you need to be strong for others who have not met you and who need your help. Those who know how to let go and forgive those who have hurt us are the stronger person and in the long run live happier. You have touched many lives and helped many children and there is really no way of repaying you for all your kindness and effort; but to just let you know that you are appreciated and really changed many lives; and want you to realize that you doshould not dwell on others who think negatively of you . Kính thưa quý vị, ở đây trang web có giới hạn chúng tôi xin phép quý vị dành chút thời giờ quý báu cho chúng tôi được trình bày ngắn gọn về bệnh dị ứng: nguyên nhân, hậu quả, trị liệu.

Nguyên nhân: có nhiều nguyên nhân gây nên bệnh dị ứng như qua khứu giác (mũi), thực phẩm, côn trùng, thời tiềt và dược phẩm …
Những thể loại này khi xâm nhập vào cơ thể đã sinh ra chất dị ứng (histamine) luân lưu trong dòng máu của người bệnh. Hệ thống miễn nhiễm của cơ  thể vội vàng phản ứng bằng cách tiết ra chất kháng thể (antibodies) hình thành một nhóm miễn dịch (immunoglobulin) để bảo vệ cơ thể, nhưng không đối kháng được (overreaction) nên mới sinh ra hậu quả dị ứng.

Hậu quả:

1. Đường hô hấp: Nhảy mũi, nghẹt mũi, ngứa mắt, ngứa mũi, sưng cổ, khó thở, ho, shock.
   
2. Ngoài da: Sưng, ngứa, nỗi mận đỏ, da mặt đỏ hoặc tím tùy theo nặng nhẹ.
   
3. Đường tiêu hóa: Ngứa miệng ói mửa, đau quặn ruột, bao tử, tiêu chảy.
   
4. Ngoài ra còn có thể bị nóng sốt, mất tiếng, nhức đầu, chóng mặt…

Trị liệu:

1. Cấp thời dùng Dược Thảo để trị liệu các hậu quả của dị ứng: Dị Ứng Tửu cho trẻ em, Thuốc Đau Nhức cho người lớn. Kem Viêm Da nếu có sưng ngứa ngoài da.
   
2. Loại trừ chất dị ứng (histamine) bằng  Dược Thảo: Thanh Độc Hoàn cho người lớn và Dị ứng tửu cho trẻ em.
   
3. Điều trị bằng châm cứu: dùng phương pháp châm cứu để kích thích hệ thống miễn nhiễm tiết ra chất kháng thể thích hợp để chống lại dị ứng, và như thế sẽ được miễn nhiễm lâu dài.
   
4. Điện Châm: Rất thích hợp với điều trị dị ứng. Để bổ, các tầng số thấp rất hiệu nghiệm. Phổ tầng số điện cho bổ từ 0.9 - 10 Hz. Để tả, cần tầng số trên 10 Hz. Phải tùy theo khả năng chịu đựng của bệnh nhân. Luôn lưu ý tránh cho dòng điện không giao nhau với đường kính của cơ thể. Điều này sẽ tránh được nếu mỗi lần chỉ châm 2 huyệt theo 1 chiều.
   Thời gian điện châm từ 10-15 phút, có thể tương ứng giảm thời gian điện châm nếu phải châm nhiều hơn 2 huyệt.

Tóm lại trong trị liệu cần phối hợp cả 3 phương pháp mới đưa đến kết quả tốt đẹp và lâu dài.

THUỐC TÂY & THUỐC TA.
Hầu hết thuốc Tây và thuốc Ta có cùng nguồn gốc, tùy theo cách chế biến và thành phần mà chúng ta phân biệt thuốc Tây hoặc thuốc Ta.
Chẳng hạn như: Penicilline, B12 đều làm từ nấm, và Quinin từ cây thế mà chúng ta vẩn quen gọi là thuốc Tây.
Trong Dị Ứng Tửu có : rể, thân và lá cây Nhãn lồng còn gọi là lồng đèn, hồng tiên, long châu quả, mắc mát phối hợp với nhiều dược thảo khác để trị bệnh.
Loại cây này thuốc Tây cũng dùng làm sirô Expectorant.
Có tên khoa học Passiflora foetida L. thuộc họ Lạc tiên Passifloraceae.

Tôi không biết rõ lời nói của 2 vị là thực hay hư. Tuy nhiên tôi nhận thấy rõ rằng kem trị da của BS Tâm rất hiệu nghiệm. Da của con gái tôi bị lởi loét và đã dùng loại kem trị da thoa lên vài lần thì thấy lành hẵn ra. Đồng thời khi tôi nhìn vào label trên loạ kem thì có viết rõ loại kem dùng cho triệu chứng gì, nhưng không thấy để Ingredient (cách bào chế gồm có những gì). This place is a Scam - a nice name - but sad one


1. Be carefull - Be carefull - You enter a scam place

2. Bring all cash - Cause they do not take credit card or check - You can not sue them for anything

3. Buy your own insurrance - Cause they don’t have one for you.

4. No received for anything - You have no proof.

5. There is no license for this place.

6. The medicine has no information - You drink and you on your own.

7. No interview for your sickness/ history or anything - Cause they have no time for that.


Here is how it goes:

You called the number (813) 562-9857. His second home in Florida. His son will make a schedule for you.

You booked the hotel

You arrived to the place. A lots of people are there. They are just like you. Sick and hoping to be cure.

You wait for your turn.

Your name is called. You or your kid will be in.

The guy will ask "what you are in for?" - You answer: blah blah blah
- Don’t worry. I’ll make it goes away. Just take off your/your kid shirt and lay down. If it was your kid. You can not stay there to see. If you request you want to stay. The guy will ask you: If you don’t trust me why don’t you bring your kid home.
What kind of doctor is this? - I can’t find answer myself. Maybe you can help me here.

- He will stick some needles on your/yourkid back. They’re not going hurt you cause the are very tiny. You will not feel a thing.

- He will hook up the multi-purpose machine to get the electronic stimulate. They will not do anything to your body cause it very light current.

- Alert will come off after 5-10min. And the wife will release you. You done one session

- The guy said he will go "MAKING" the medicine for you. But they are already pre-make and bottle up.

- He will ask for about $100 - $160 for your first visit. That may inclued your $20 for the acupuncture session.

8. Off you go. Out the door. You may want to ask him how to use it. Cause he didn’t have time for that. After taking your money. He will have to do another one.

These are just a fews. Check it out for yoursefl. Don’t let your kid do it.

I was stupid enough to get into this scam.
